Activating your AdSense account
How to address issues with your site's content
Insufficient content
Here's a list of common content issues and some steps that you can take to fix them:
- Insufficient content
- Content quality issues
- Content policy violations
- Site navigation issues
- Issues with your traffic sources
- Unsupported language
- Inadequate content
- Your site was discovered to have the insufficient text and/or to be "in development." Sites should have enough high-quality content to enable meaningful user experiences while also allowing us to display relevant adverts to users.
- Make sure your pages have enough text – sites with mostly images, videos, or Flash animations may not be approved.
- Your material should include full phrases and paragraphs, not just headlines.
- Make sure your site is completely created and launched before signing up - don't join up if your site is still under development or consists merely of a site template.
- Place the ad code on a live page of your site when linking it to AdSense. Test pages that are empty except for the code will not be accepted.

Content quality issues
- Your site has content quality issues. We believe that there isn't enough original, rich content that would be of value to users. As a publisher, you must provide unique and relevant content that gives users a reason to visit your site.
- Place the ad code on pages that are automatically produced or have little to no unique content.
- Your website should not engage in affiliate programs unless it provides significant value to users. Affiliate program content should constitute only a modest portion of your site's content if it contributes no extra features.
- More information on how to deliver a great user experience may be found in the Webmaster Guidelines.
Content policy violations
Your site doesn't comply with AdSense policies.
Site navigation issues
During our review of your site, we found your site difficult to navigate. Your site should provide a good user experience through clear navigation and organization.
Give your visitors a simple navigation system so they can browse around your pages and get the content they're looking for. Redirects, pages behind a login or with limited access, broken links, excessive pop-ups, dialers, and pages under construction or not yet published are all examples of potential navigation difficulties.
More information can be found in the Program policies.
Issues with your traffic sources
Your website's traffic sources are problematic. Google ads cannot be displayed on pages that receive traffic from specific sources. Publishers, for example, are not permitted to participate in paid-to-click schemes, send unsolicited emails, or show advertisements as a result of the actions of any software application.
- Make sure that your pages comply with Google's Landing page quality guidelines.
- Review the Programme policies and Webmaster Guidelines for more information on how to stay compliant
- The language is not supported.
- The majority of your site's content is in a language that AdSense does not currently support. See the list of languages that AdSense supports.
- Consider translating your website into a recognized language and submitting your application again with the modified website.
- Instead, you may resubmit your application to another site in one of our supported languages.
